I take high blood pressure medicine and viagra, plus I go into our hot tub.?

What effect would the viagra have combined with the hot tub and high blood pressure? My physican doesn’t have a problem with the high pressure medicine and taking viagra. He prescibes both. He also said you can go into the hot tub with high blood pressure if you are in it no longer than 15 min. I want to take the viagra also, but at the moment I am unable to talk to my physician about it..

Will VIAGRA work as soon as I take it?

You must be sexually stimulated for VIAGRA to work. In one study, VIAGRA was shown to work in some men in as quickly as 14 minutes. This study included 228 men who’d had success with VIAGRA in the past, each taking 100 mg at least 2 hours after eating. For most men, VIAGRA can work in around 30 minutes. VIAGRA lasts for at least 4 hours, giving you time to enjoy the experience.

What if VIAGRA didn’t work the first time?

VIAGRA has been shown to work for more than 80% of men taking VIAGRA 100 mg versus 24% of men taking a sugar pill. So if you’re not getting the results you want, try it again. If you’re still not satisfied, talk to your doctor. Often a dose adjustment is all you need to improve your sex life. To help you get started, fill out the VIAGRA Check-Up form [PDF, 84k]* and give it to your doctor at your next visit.

How often can I take VIAGRA?

For most patients, VIAGRA can be taken once a day, as needed. In patients taking certain protease inhibitors (like those for the treatment of HIV), it is recommended not to exceed a maximum single dose of 25 mg of VIAGRA in a 48-hour period.

Can I take VIAGRA if I have other conditions or am taking other medications?

VIAGRA has been proven to work safely for men with a wide variety of health issues. These include heart problems, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, prostate problems, and spinal injury.

VIAGRA can also be safely used with many other medicines, such as medicine for high blood pressure and depression.

If you take nitrate drugs, often used for chest pain (known as angina), don’t take VIAGRA.

Can I take VIAGRA with food and alcohol?

VIAGRA is just as effective with or without food and alcohol. To get the fastest response, try avoiding high-fat meals 2 hours before taking VIAGRA.

Can I cut my pills in half?

VIAGRA pills should not be cut in half. No studies have been done to determine if half a pill is effective.

Who should not take VIAGRA?

VIAGRA is only for men with ED. VIAGRA is not approved for newborns, children, or women. Do not let anyone else take your VIAGRA. VIAGRA must be used only when prescribed by a healthcare professional.

Before you start treatment with VIAGRA, be sure to ask your doctor if your heart is healthy enough for sexual activity. If you’re a man who uses nitrate drugs, like nitroglycerin, you should never take VIAGRA. The combination of VIAGRA and nitrates can make your blood pressure suddenly drop to an unsafe level. You could get dizzy, faint, or even have a heart attack or stroke. Nitrates are found in many prescription medicines that are used to treat angina (chest pain due to heart disease). These include:

* Nitroglycerin (sprays, ointments, skin patches or pastes, and tablets that are swallowed or dissolved in the mouth)
* Isosorbide mononitrate and isosorbide dinitrate (tablets that are swallowed, chewed, or dissolved in the mouth)

Nitrates are also found in recreational drugs such as amyl nitrate or nitrite (“poppers”). If you are not sure if any of your medicines contain nitrates, or if you do not understand what nitrates are, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

VIAGRA is prescribed to treat erectile dysfunction (ED).

If you take any medicines that have nitrates in them (like nitroglycerin for chest pain)—every day or even once in a while—you should NOT take VIAGRA.

Discuss your general health status with your doctor to ensure that you are healthy enough to engage in sexual activity. If you experience chest pain, nausea, or any other discomforts during sex, seek immediate medical help.

The most common side effects of VIAGRA are headache, facial flushing, and upset stomach. Less commonly, bluish vision, blurred vision, or sensitivity to light may briefly occur.

In rare instances, men taking PDE5 inhibitors (oral erectile dysfunction medicines, including VIAGRA) reported a sudden decrease or loss of vision. It is not possible to determine whether these events are related directly to these medicines or to other factors. If you experience sudden decrease or loss of vision, stop taking PDE5 inhibitors, including VIAGRA, and call a doctor right away.

Although erections lasting for more than 4 hours may occur rarely with all ED treatments in this drug class, to avoid long-term injuries, it is important to seek immediate medical help.

If you are older than age 65, or have serious liver or kidney problems, your doctor may start you at the lowest dose (25 mg) of VIAGRA. If you are taking protease inhibitors, such as for the treatment of HIV, your doctor may recommend a 25-mg dose and may limit you to a maximum single dose of 25 mg of VIAGRA in a 48-hour period.

If you have prostate problems or high blood pressure for which you take medicines called alpha-blockers, your doctor may start you on a lower dose of VIAGRA.

Remember to protect yourself and your partner from sexually transmitted diseases.

VIAGRA is one of many options for treating ED that you and your doctor can consider.

Does anyone have valid email addresses for the manufacturers of Viagra? ?

I get 50 spam emails a day for Viagra and I want to forward them on to the manufacturers to “give them a taste of their own medicine”. Can someone please give me valid emails for the manufacturers please?

If Yahoo Mail was any good it would filter them out, I upgraded to Mail Plus but it made no difference, Yahoo wont answer my mails.

Viagra is made by Pfizer. You can easily find their address on the web.

Is taking half of a viagra tablet unsafe?

I know men who break viagra tablets in half and take them before sex. I don’t take them so I don’t know what the effect are by talking a half a 100mg pill. They tell me that it does not bother them by doing this plus they save money on their prescriptions of viagra. Seems to me that this could be unsafe.

No, it’s fine. Generally speaking, the only tablets that you want to avoid breaking in half are extended-release or sustained-release formulations of things. Your prescription bottle will usually say something like CR or SR or XR after the name of the drug if this is the case. (Of course, you can always ask your pharmacist to make sure.)

Viagra comes in 25mg, 50mg, and 100mg strength. Most of my male patients find that the 50mg strength is just fine, and the 100mg strength gives no extra benefit. And they *are* expensive. Try breaking the 100mg tablets and giving it a shot.

my blood pressure is 140/90 and and it is possible to take cialis or viagra Pils for sex?

My blood pressuer is 140/90 and I have been taking “Teveten plus” everyd ay. In this condition may I take viagra or cialis for sex increase? I have no other deases.
pls advice me.

Hannan

Viagra and Teveten plus are normally compatible medications. There are some blood pressure meds. like Toprol-XL which reduces sexual performance in spite of Viagra.

Medications containing Nitrates or Nitrites, like Nitro glycerin for heart condition or blood pressure are definitely not compatible with Viagra and could cause a dangerous and unsafe drop in blood pressure if the two are combined in the system.

Check with your doctor and see if Teventen plus could in your case be detrimental to sexual performance. There are other meds that can be tried that have a totally different effect on your gear.

Sexual activity is really important to feel healthy and have a positive outlook on life, so you don’t want to have that mucked with for sure!

The Viagra should be prescribed by your physican and in so doing, you can ask questions about compatibility.

With the Viagra being prescribed, it may be claimable on your medical insurance.

Hope that helps you

Did Any Of You Guys Used VIAGRA?

This question goes to all the viagra users and galz who have experienced love making with someone who were on viagra.I want to know if viagra gives substantial change in having erection and how long it usually lasts.Plus i would also like to know after having one 100mg pill how long the love making session usually lasts on average? Is it longer than before having viagra or the lasting time r same like before only u have an erection which u didnt have before?

Normally, only men with ED should ask and take the blue pill. However, some “health” and young guys take it without medical consent, right with the purpose to have longer sexual acts. Some boy told me that after the first ejaculation the pill effect brought the penis to remain still hard and independently from the usual “recovery time” he even could continue the act, despite it only was a mechanical movement with few lust. Once the “individual” recovery time passed, the libido increased and so another pleasant and complete intercourse could be then carried out. The last boy I talked with affirmed he was been able to have two consecutive sexual acts lasting long about 40 min. (with 50 ml. of Viagra). Anyway, times feedback and result are very personal and different among people with somebody even having no effective upshot!
