What are these red, itchy bumps on my vagina?

They are on both sides of my lower vagina, itchy occasionally. It doesn’t burn when I pee, nor do I have irregular discharge or a strange odour. I have two sexual partners. The first we almost always used protection, and his prior girlfriend and him always did. My second was a virgin and we always use protection. I sometimes get itchy redness (no bumps) close to my period or when I wear thongs too often. I am curious if this is an STI or maybe just a rash. I have had it for a few days now, and have been on the birth control Alesse for almost a year now, smoking for about 5 months or so.

Thank you in advance, I really appreciate any feedback!!!

could be the material you knickers are made of or it could be a reaction to a washing powder if you have changed it in the last few days/weeks.
thats the only thing i can think of apart from shaving rash?

Yeast infection question?

ive used diflucan to treat yeast infection 3 times in the past. always worked right away..
i had sex using a new lube (ky silk) and had irritation, i thought it was an allergic reaction but turned out to be a yeast infection. took the diflucan and it worked (3rd time taking it)
a couple days later i got my period, came right on time after taking plan b and first month on alesse. finishing my period i had irritation and accidently scratched myself with a tampon.
i had swelling of the vaginal lips and itching. later it became an awful rash and went to my doctor. he gave me diflucan again and cream to help the rash. (worst infection yet)
the diflucan has not worked as quickly as before(24hrs) and i have slight itching in my anus..also pimples have developed, four on my bum(dont know if pimples relate)

anyone have suggestions on what to do?

I think you should see a doctor again. That cut could have gotten infected.

Call up your doctor and ask him. It sounds like it could be more than a yeast infection.

What in the world is going on down there…hahah!?

I’m just curious as to what might be going on and what I should do?

I’ve recently noticed I’ve had a weird smell down there like a week or so before my period(which has come and gone now) but the smell is still there. I also have a little rash on the inside of my leg closer to my knee than my vagina. Plus is it normal to get pimples like with white goop and all, at like right at the top of where your pubes start?

What might be going on? I’m super scared and I dont even know how I would go about asking my doctor whats going on

I am on Alesse but I have been for over a year now, like a year and a half, I’ve never had a pimple down there so i just find it really weird.

First off take a deep breather lol. You can actually get pimples anywhere that you sweat and has bacteria. Don’t ever be afraid to go to your doctor, they are there to help you out and fix you up. Believe me, my doctor hates me because I ask every question in the book lol. Have you ever considered or looking into it might be a yeast infection or bacterial infection. It is common to have yeast infections. I also have heard that they now make a kit that you can pee on or something and it gives you a color, then you look on the color strip and it can give you a clue as to what might be happenin down there. I’m sorry but no woman has ever had a perfect vagina. But like I said before doctor, doctor, doctor. Make an appt and when you see him/her, tell them whats going on. Remember they have probably seen worse people/infections. Hope this helps and good luck
