Fetal Risk Summary
Oxyphencyclimine is an anticholinergic agent. In a large prospective study, 2323 patients were exposed to this class of drugs during the 1st trimester, 1 of whom took oxyphencyclimine (1). A possible association was found between the total group and minor malformations.
