how can i synthesize ethiodized oil, and i?, i want the synthesis path from the closest compount possible which is (i think) stearic acid ?? as the products are Ethyl monoiodostearate and ethyl diiodostearate ??

i this tru i dont know :)

First of all you iodized the oil you want and than do the process of ethylation- it's just a simple cooking method.
