Whats the quickest way to lose weight and how?, I don't care what i have to do, i want to lose weight.

Getting to a HEALTHY weight, with a healthy body fat level for your gender and age, and with a fully balanced and healthy lifestyle is very easy.

You only need to do two things, eat healthy and excercise.

First of all you have to eat a healthy diet. This doesn't mean go on a crappy fad diet or starve yourself!!! It means that you make sure you eat 4 or even 5 small to medium meals a day. Each meal, apart from breakfast, (preferably fibre rich with fruit) should have a combination of protien (chicken/fish/soya etc), carbohydrates (pasta/rice/potatoes/etc), and vitamins, minerals and antioxidants (fresh fruit and veg). There are many easy ways to incorporate all these into every meal. This also doesn't mean you can never have pizza/takeaway/chocolate/etc, just save them for the occassional treat.

Secondly you do need to EXCERCISE. Cardio excercise is anything that will get you out of breath, your heart rate pumping and you sweating (running, swimming, cycling, etc) and is necessary for burning calories, shedding body fat and improving your overall fitness levels. Strength training basicaly improves the muscles and tones your body, this comes from weight training, core training (sit ups/planks/etc), stretching (such as yoga) and dynamic training. This is necessary to keep your body strong and supple and will also help you lose weight and tone up by increasing your metabolism.

This is only an extremely brief overview, but both of these are necessary to lose weight healthily, keep it off, and have a strong healthy body.

What is the best and quickest way to lose weight in your thighs?, Anything could work for me. Im not fat, just a little big in that area. It doesn't have to be just thighs. Anything that can you can lose weight quick.

Here's some weight loss tip's I have picked up over the years:

- Exercise 6 to 7 days a week.

- And try to break your workout into two different sessions, this gives your metabolism a jolt.

- Drink 10 to 12 cups of water a day. And try to drink ice cold water, it burns more calories.

- Take enough vitamins, especially ones that promote weight loss (such as 1800 mg. of Fish Oil, Vitamin B Complex, Co-enzyme Q-10, ect. Do your research).

- Drink green tea or take green tea pills ( it's been shown to speed up your metabolism).

- For your metabolism's sake, eat within 1 hour of waking up and don't eat 3 hours before you go to bed.

- Try a vegan or vegetarian diet (it worked for me :D).

- Drink 12 oz. of warm lemon water (use the juice of 1/2 a lemon) with a little sea salt every morning. This will detoxify your body and make your skin look amazing.

- Or, if giving up meat just isn't your thing, just count calories. Try to have around 1200 a day.

- Try to avoid white, bleached, or enriched flour.

- Stay away from high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils.

- Eat every 2 to 4 hours to keep your metabolism going.

- Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism up.

- Try to get 6 to 8 hours of sleep. When your body is deprived of sleep your appiteite increases by 15%.

- Sugar and artificial sweeteners are the devil. If you have a sweet tooth, grab some fruit.

- Avoid all junk food, fast food, and fried food.

- Try only drinking water, tea, and black coffee. There are so many hidden calories in drinks.

- Eat whole grain foods and healthy fats (like olives, avacados, nuts, ect) and stay away from refined or "bad" carbs.

- Remember to read the labels. They hide so much junk in "healthy diet" foods now a days. My rule of thumb is, if I can't pronounce it, I won't put it in my body. Because you are what you eat.

- Set small goals (like 5 pounds) and when you reach your goal reward yourself with something (not food).

And just remember that you can do this. It's not impossible. You just have to stick to it and the weight will just fall off. Good luck with losing weight. Hope I've helped.

If you are on the internet a lot, you could join a website to help you lose weight and keep you motivated.

Caloriecount is a really good website. You enter some details about yourself and it comes up with how many calories you should be eating each day, and how much you need to exercise. You also type in what you've eaten that day and it counts up the calories for you.

It also has forums which help you keep motivated, and journals so you can write down how you are doing in your diet. It's also completetly free :]

Also throwing up doesn't actually lose as much calories as you think, and you probably know about all the side affects. So it's not worth it at all, i think if you are serious about losing weight you should eat healthily and exercise rather than using unhealthy methods.

The quickest is to start eating a lot of salads and veggies and soups. Drink LOTS of water.

Dont' eat red meat, breads, starches, pastas, sodas, or sugars.

In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits have natural sugars that can add weight over time).

Practice portion control. You'll feel hungry at first, but every day you get more and more used to it until you are become full on the smaller portions. Everytime you feel hungry, if you've already eaten, drink water.

Exercise at least an hour a day doing both cardio and weight training. Weight training builds muscle, muscle builds fat. If you don't want big muscles like men, use lighter weights and do more repetitions.

What is the easiest and quickest way to lose weight?, I'm quite a bit overweight and I want to know what is the easiest and quickest way to lose weight. I have tried to starve myself, and it didn't work (I won't be doing that again xd.) I'm taking these diet pills which make you less hungry and suck up any fat, but I'm getting annoyed with taking them.

Burn off more calories than you consume. Right now, I'm sticking to a 1000-1200 calorie a day diet and I also do 30 min. of cardio every morning making sure I burn 500 calories or more, and weight trainging to tone my body and drink A LOT of water, so I don't have all that nasty loose skin from losing weight so fast. I've been doing this for a month and lost 20 lbs. People say that you shouldn't lose more than 1-2 lbs. per week, I said skrew that, and decided to do my own thing, and ended up losing the 20 lbs. I needed to be at my goal weight. I still make sure I get all my essential nutrients by eating a lot of fruits, I drink V8 which has a daily serving of veggies, I get my GOOD carbs, protein, etc. I don't ever starve, because I replaced my bad snack foods with a very low calorie choice like fruit. And please don't fall for any products that claim to be DIET or Low-CARB, you're best bet is low-calorie, stick to that and you'll be good.
As for the comments on how a "quick fix" will not work, it works as long as you keep it up. It's all about a lifestyle change; become more active, and stick to a balanced diet...give into temptations every one in a while, just don't over do it. It's not that dang hard to lose weight, it's stupid that people make such a big deal about it....especially the idiots that claim quick weight loss leads to a quicker and far worse weight gain; that can happen, but only if a person goes back to their old lifestyle habits that got them fat in the first place. Keep your metabolic rate up by never letting yourself starve...if you go too long without eating, your body thinks you're in the midst of a famine and practically shuts down your metabolism and when you start eating again, your metabolism doesn't help break down the foods you eat, and the fat is then stored, resulting in weight gain.

So what is the quickest way to lose weight?, Now I am not to concerned about putting the weight back on, all I need to do is lose about 20 lbs. in approx, one month. Basically trying to get ready for a trip, and I want to look better then I Do. The best way is a diet of reduced carbohidrat and fat. Not sure which part of the world you are from but rice, noodles, spaghetti and bread are 2 major sources of carb. If you do away or reduce 75% of your daily intake combined with the following you should see a significant weight reduction without affecting your health. Do the following as well:
1) Eating habit: apart from reducing carb, you can eat as normal just stay away from fatty, oily and friend food. Instead of eating 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, NEVER supper) eat six small size meals a day at a shorter interval. This allow your body to digest the food properly and not overeat. The last meal should be 4 hours before your bedtime.
2) Dont just eat meat. Add a healthy portion of veg and fruits to your meals.
3) Exercise: nothing too extreme or streneous just 15 minutes min each time, 3 times a week on the trackmill and additional time at the sauna if there is one at your gym.
4) Contrally to most people claim, water do make you put on weight. Just 8 glasses a day will do. Try to sweat. Dont substitute your water with fruit drinks.

disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
