What is the best way to gain weight and gain muscle fast?, I want to gain weight and gain muscle at the same time. I was just looking for some suggestions to do that fast. I have used protein and creatine in the past, i was just wondering what was the best way.

I took weight lifting classes, however, I am a girl. It's a good way to get toned though and if you have a coach or a trainer they always get you pumped up about it.

Before you start, you should remember that even though you are trying to gain weight, that doesn't mean you can eat unhealthy food. Just because chocolate, candy, and processed foods have lots of calories doesn't mean they will help you gain weight in a healthy way. You should stick to healthy foods - whole wheats, hearty meats, milk, cheese, eggs, other dairy, lots of fruit & vegetables, and other protiens.

You must remember 1 pounds is equal to 3500 calories. This means, in order to gain 1 pounds per week, you should consume 500 extra calories. This means a couple extra snacks or an extra meal.

Set a good goal. I would recommend 5 pounds a month for you. Don't get discouraged if you don't gain weight. Just turn to healthy, comfort food. You, unlike the majority of us trying to lose weight, can do this. Eat a big, wheat bagel with Smart Choice cream cheese. Even a bowl of cereal topped with fruit. Tear into a big, hearty STEAK.

You can't just sit there and wait for the pounds to pack on - weight training is a great way to turn the extra calories into muscle rather than flab. Try 2-4 times a week, 30 to 60 minutes a day in a gym or at home with some weights.

Eggs can be fried, hard/soft-boiled, scrambled, made into an omlette - anything! Don't use too much butter, or switch to olive oil. Fruits tend to be low calorie, but just eat a big bowl to gain 200 - 600 calories.
