Not quite in the body that you wanted to spend this summer in? Are you sick of counting carb grams and worrying about allOf the foods that you "can't eat" ? If You are tired of losing the same weight over and over, and feeling like a failure because your last "diet" didn't work, try these tips to not only lose weight, but lose it for good. I have watched hundreds of clients over the years and almost without exception, those that lose their weight once and for all have mastered these tipsAnd made their weight loss Stress Free Be Responsible for What You Eat -Studies show that people who are 20 or more pounds overweight underestimate their caloric intake by up to 1000 calories perDay, whilePeople of a normal weight under estimate by only several hundred, There are 2 main culpritsFor this.

First, many people are unaccustomed to "true" serving sized of most foods. For a start, begin paying attention to the Serving size information on the foodsThat you eat. Also, it helps to use a measuring cup and food scaleTo acclimate yourself to what 1/2 c or 1 tbs. of something actually looks like.

Second - Start paying attention to yourUnconscious eating habits -- at the television or the computer, in the car, while you're cooking or cleaning up-- and focus on consciously enjoyingTheFoods you eat, while being aware of the calories you consume.

Don't Try To Change everything at once - Focus onMaking small. moderateChanges in your lifestyle each week. Each time you make a positive choice it will add upAnd bring you closer to your goals. If youEat just 100 less calories per day you can lose 10 pounds in a year!! 100Calories is equal to 1/2 cup less of pasta, 1 less tablespoon of butter, or 1/2 cup less of ice cream.

Just say "NO" to excuses - The difference between fit and unfit people is their habits. There are the same amount of hours and stressIn each week for every one of us -Those whoFit exercise and healthy eating into their lifestyles don't have more time or less stress, they just have healthier habits. The next time that you are unable to follow through on one of your weight management goals- Identify the challenge and prepare a plan for the next time. Don't dwell on it or make excuses for why you can't do it.

Be prepared. Close Your eyes and visualize - to keep you going even when you don't feel like it or when the going gets rough. You know the drill, the schedule is hectic, the french fries or candy is calling your name and it's just easierTo slip back into your old unhealthy habits. Take a moment and visualize theSlimmer,Healthy more energetic person that you wantTo be. Remember the reasonWhy you started your fitnessOr nutrition program in the first place!! Create aClear mental picture and use it next time you feel like you are losing site of your fitness goals.

Don't let weight loss dominate your life - Recognize and design a plan for your trigger times - those times that you eat from habit not hunger. Be it stress, anger boredom, or family events create a plan for those times that you have a challenge following your food plan.

Also, planning in advance what you will eat for the dayWill allow you to fit snacks and treats into you day without having exceeding you daily caloric allotment. HavingBoth a food plan and a "food trigger" plan will allow you toFocus on other things throughout the day aside from food.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Teens, Would you prefer a free telephone conference call or a podcast on "How to lose weight without dieting"?

I have a weight loss company for teens and want to do a free call or podcast for teens on "How to lose weight without Dieting." I'm wondering what would be better, a free conference call or a podcast. I appreciate any answers. The following are examples of problems I help teens resolve in order to lose weight (it is not a typical weight loss program).

Do I eat for emotional or external reasons (boredom, procrastination, lonliness, sadness, body dissatisfaction, even happiness, because the food tastes so good, because my friends and family want me to eat, because food is expensive so I have to eat it all, because children are starving in the world, etc.)

Do I eat to cope with stress?

Do I binge eating?

Is it possible for me to feel fabulous about myself at my current weight as I am losing?

Our mission is to help teens to stop dieting (it only works for 1 of 100) and how to permanently solve their problems of excess weight.

Thanks!

Sounds like a good plan.

I think probably a podcast would be more popular and versatile. Also, it's more up-to-date.
