How can someone with a fast metabolism gain weight?, I really want to gain weight (as in fat) but my metabolism is quite fast. What can I eat and how much can I eat to gain a good amount of weight fast?

I'm also skinny. I'm 5'5'' and weigh about 100 pounds. I used to weigh 90. I gained weight by drinking a protein type shake called Ensure. I would highly recommend it :D I have a high metabolism so it's hard for me to gain weight, but after I found out about this drink, it helped increase my weight. The regular Ensure only has 250 calories, but if you want to gain weight a bit quicker, you should try Ensure Plus. It contains 350 calories. Try to eat whenever you can. Eating is the best way to gain weight. I believe there is lactose free milk too, so you could try that. If you workout you can take a whey protein isolate shake after you workout to build muscle. Whey isolate is okay for lactose intolerant people. It is more money than regular whey though because they have to remove the lactose.

Woww, this is exactly how i feel. Im superr skinny too. im actually 14 also. but i get called anorexic, twig, toothpick, etc. likee forreall, it just makes me soo sad because i cant help it. i eatt tons and tons but it just doesnt make a difference. i cried about an hour ago because the guy i like was telling me about how skinny i was and all this crapp. but yeahh, i just wanted to answer this because i wanted you to know youre not the only skinny person with that problem. i really wish i could helpp you.
