Has anyone really lost weight just dieting and exercising? Read more please:?, I just need to know I'll get results. I want to look thin but toned like Jennifer Aniston. I'm 5'2 and I weigh 134 pounds. If you have lost weight, please tell me what you did/ate etc. Thank you so so much!
Yes, you can lose weight by eating less and exercising more. If you follow a reasonable diet, like Weight Watchers or something similar, you will lose weight. A reasonable weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.
Is it possible men really look for inner beauty in a woman?, I attend school at a major university. I'm an older student, a minority, single with no children and overweight; however, I'm strong-minded, intelligent, vocal, a great heart for people, a bit insecure but overall has a likable personality. Recently, a guy I crushed on implied that he didn't like me the same way and I respect that. Yet, it has made me wonder if he and other men I've dated don't like me because I'm overweight, a minority, and don't really look like today's Hollywood celebrities.
I know it is said that inner beauty transcends, but is this true for someone bigger than a size 10, low maintenance, doesn't have great clothes, and is trying to work on making themselves a better person (inward and outward)? Currently, I've lost some weight and am dealing with my personal issues, but I just don't think there are men out there who'll see my progress. Am I doomed or do I need to look like Halle Berry or Jennifer Aniston to get a guy's attention?
your right inner beauty transcends but, they have to get to know you first.
it is just easier for the Hallie berry types to make friends since there is an initial attraction.
you need to hang out with guys & just be their friend.... down the road you'll meet someone & once he gets to know you then a realationship may develop. you just have to start out as friends first so they get a chance to know you & discover that inner beauty. there are times if you are good friends with a guy that he may have a friend in the same situation & you could be hooked up or maybe even get to know someone over they phone first but, they need to be able to see your inner beauty. just asking some guy out because you know them a little doesn't qualify.
yeah you may not be a halle berry... but, when you find love, you know it will last...
hope this helps,
ss

Read the passage and answer the questions given at the end.?, Like everything else in life nowadays, diets too have a shelf life; the new celebrity-endorsed diets become trendy while others become outdated. The passé diets of yesteryears had wholegrain crackers or fruits and now most diets are the high protein ones.
The latest diet trends include the delectable Cookie Diet, Weight Watchers Diet, Rachel Rayâs Slim Abs Diet and the much talked about Zone Diet which celebrities such as Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Ray have endorsed. Every dietician or weight loss guru has the âperfectâ patented formula to lose weight. Here is a look into some of the latest diets that people are raving about.
The Zone Diet, developed by Dr Barry Sears, stresses the intake of fruits, vegetables and meat. The diet does not deny people carbohydrates, but simply limits their intake of it. The Zone works according to a formula of 40/30/30, meaning 40 per cent carbohydrates, 30 per cent fat, and 30 per cent protein.
The physiological basis behind the Zone diet is an effort to limit the amount of insulin in the body. This is because a large amount of insulin can lead to a build up of fat, causing obesity and other medical problems. People on the diet are encouraged to obtain their carbohydrates from fruits and vegetables, and their fat from olive oil and other monounsaturated fats.
The biggest advantage of the Zone Diet is that it can lead to significant weight loss. It is also healthier than some diets, since it eliminates non-nutritious carbohydrates and emphasizes fruits and vegetables. The diet encourages people to eat often -- at least every five hours. It is also a low-calorie diet -- the typical female dieter will consume only about 1300 calories, at the most, when following the Zone. Some dieticians heartily endorse the Zone, while others dismiss it as being too complex to follow, forcing dieters to spend too much time trying to do various calculations. People tend to gravitate to the Zone because it offers them the opportunity to indulge in foods that would be restricted on other diets. Also, the diet can be more filling than other weight loss plans. The problem, however, is that a number of the claims made about the Zone are unproven. Thus the diet has been dismissed as a fad in some quarters.
In Pakistan few people adhere to the Zone principle; in main, the difficulty arises from our eating patterns which include hot oily curry and rich spices, making it difficult to switch to a low-crab, low-fat diet. And when we make a switchover to Western foods, we tend to indulge in all the fattening items such as pasta, macaroni, cheese, pancakes and crepes.
The only Weight Watchers fad which has made its way into our country are the slim-fast shakes that pack 220 calories and offer the perfect meal replacement solution. Weight Watchers Club with their yummy low calorie products, which include desserts, still have to make their way into our country. Weight Watchersâ diet is based on the principle of eating right and not denying yourself. You are not given extremely stringent rules but are taught about calorie control, a positive outlook and the sustenance of your willpower. It is not about fast weight loss but rather about permanent weight loss. It advocates a group system or buddy system where you can actually partner up with a person to regulate your and the other personâs weight loss. This keeps your morale up and the weekly Weight Watchers meetings also boost up your positive outlook towards the whole thing.

Brad Pitts Women?, Was looking in a weekly gossip mag as you do when your bored at work and noticed an even skinner then normal Angeleina Jolie. I am very intrigued as to what Brad Pitt does to his women as any that he gets involved with seem to lose loads of weight they don't need to and become ridiculously thin whilst they are with him, the same happened to Jennifer Aniston, Gwyneth Paltrow and a couple of others I can't think of right now, its all very strange!?!?
I don't know , good question, i mean when he meets these women they are more curvaceous so surely that says he likes some meat on his ladies , so why the weight loss ... hmm its one to ponder over ....
Girls 14-18?, I am doing a research paper on girls self image and weight and all that and I would like some information. If you could please tell me how old you are, what grade you are in, and the answer to the following questions I would greatly appreciate it.
Do you feel like you are too heavy?
How much weight do you want to lose?
Which actress would you most want to be built like?
-Sandra Bullock, Demi Moore, Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, or Angelina Jolie-
Thank you, this will really help me out.
I'm 18, I'm a college sophmore.
I'm currently pregnant, but I'll answer all questions pre-preggo.
I actually used to be about 20lbs lighter than before, and I feel soo much more attractive with more weight on me. Things fit better, I look like a woman, not a little girl. Pre-preggo I weighed 155lbs and I am 5'6''.
The only thing that would make me lose weight is a doctor telling me to do so. I think it's VERY important to accept your body, and embrace the fact that every woman is a unique form.
So obviously I wouldn't take the build of any actress. They're stunning of coursse! But that's them, not me.
