Yes, there is a major difference. She didn't present herself very well when she was heavy. She is really a beautiful woman till she opens her mouth. Kirstie Alley is really looking good again. I'm happy for her.

Anna Nicole Smith did not lose all that weight by just taking laxatives. She was a drug abuser and a very common symptom of abuse includes constipation. That is probably why she was dependant on laxatives. I have no idea what caused her weight loss. She wasn't the kind to hit the gym, that's for sure.
