Fetal Risk Summary

Anisotropine is an anticholinergic quaternary ammonium methylbromide. In a large prospective study, 2,323 patients were exposed to this class of drugs during the 1st trimester, 2 of whom took anisotropine (1). A possible association was found between the total group and minor malformations.
