Fetal Risk Summary
Amyl nitrite is a rapid-acting, short-duration vasodilator used primarily for the treatment of angina pectoris. Because of the nature of its indication, experience in pregnancy is limited. The Collaborative Perinatal Project recorded 7 1st trimester exposures to amyl nitrite and nitroglycerin plus 8 other patients exposed to other vasodilators (1). From this small group of 15 patients, 4 malformed children were produced, a statistically significant incidence (p<0.02). It was not stated whether amyl nitrite was taken by any of the mothers of the affected infants. Although the data serve as a warning, the number of patients is so small that conclusions as to the relative safety of amyl nitrite in pregnancy cannot be made.

what is Amyl Nitrate, Amyl Nitrite, Butyl Nitrate. and Spanish Fly?, What is the difference in Amyl Nitrate, Amyl Nitrite, Butyl Nitrate, and Spanish Fly? Are they all types of speed drugs and sexual enhancers?
The nitrates/nitrites are vasodilators and muscle relaxants. They relax the anal sphincter to allow easier penetration in anal sex.
Spanish Fly is a different agent. It is an insect product that acts as an irritant on genital tissues, and supposedly increses libido.

Is Amyl Nitrite or any kind of poppers illegal in NSW? And can you buy them online?, No, I'm not looking for people to tell me the effects. Just that I've googled, and I cannot seem to find anywhere stating if they're illegal or not.
I don't know what NSW is but I bought some tonight at the adult bookstore by my house. It's kind of expensive about $22 plus tax. I accept e-mail if you need a hookup.

The chemical compound amyl nitrite (here referring to isoamyl nitrite) is an alkyl nitrite. It has a characteristic penetrating odour, and produces marked effects on the human body when its vapour is inhaled. It acts as a vasodilator (expanding blood vessels and thus lowering blood pressure) and finds applications in medicine in the treatment of heart disease such as angina. Amyl nitrite is also used to treat cyanide poisoning. It induces the formation of methemoglobin which binds cyanide into non-toxic cyanomethemoglobin. Poppers, amyl nitrite etcetc.. - what are the directions for use..!??!?, Nowhere does it say how exactly you use poppers, namely..:
- how many inhalations do you get out of one bottle..?
- how long should you leave between inhalations..?
- can an opened bottle sit there and be reused, or is it a one-time only thing..?
- etc..!

I ususally have my partners use them when I am topping, or when I am bottoming for someone endowed. Usually two long sniffs (one from each nostril) then chilling untill the high wears off. You can reuse a bottle, just close it up and put it in the freezer, they gradually lose their potency, but they are still great. I don't know how many inhalations you would get from one bottle.
Poppers (Amyl nitrite)?????, I know that poppers are legal to buy in the UK and I've read that you can buy them in sex shops, considering their a drug that are normally used to make sex feel better.
A friend told me that you can probably buy them in Ann Summers but I'm not sure.

yep you can buy them in the UK,not to sure about an summers thoe,they usely sell it shops where you buy mags & blue movies from,,It's not nice stuff thoe it makes your head frob,really don't know how people get off on it,but everyone has thier own personal likeing,,,plus the poppers what they sell in the shop is nothing like the real stuff,don't know where you get that from thoe only ever saw it once it was in a glass tube that you had to break the top off,oh well good luck finding it....
